Talented Inside Sales Manager Required

What we do:

Companies need to hire freelancers such as animators or graphic designers but are dissatisfied with existing freelance marketplaces. Existing platforms do not scale beyond hiring a handful of freelancers, and they do not help with diversity.

Twine is a marketplace that connects companies to a diverse global network of over 400,000 creative freelancers. It enables them to flexibly and ethically scale large teams of freelancers.

For example, AI companies need to create custom voice and vision datasets from diverse participants that are unbiased. And marketing departments want a scalable source of diverse creators who can speak to their audience from shared experiences.

Our mission is to democratise the freelance workforce to make business more productive. We would love for you to be a part of that! We are a venture-funded company and have large growth plans for the rest of 2022.

Your Role:

You will be leading a small sales team to win new business for Twine. You will be targeting the AI market.

AI companies need data to train their machine learning algorithms. Twine helps data scientists in AI companies create custom voice and vision datasets from diverse freelance participants because they want to reduce unexpected bias in their algorithms. It's a growing market as more and more companies use AI to support their business.

Key components of the role will include:

  • Managing the existing small sales team, including lead generation, and growing the sales team.
  • Calls and meetings with global companies in the AI sector.
  • Improving the existing sales process to make it more efficient.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales.
  • Experience running a sales team.
  • Ability to work successfully to targets and sales reporting metrics.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and sales automation software.
  • A strategically driven approach to winning new business through nurturing relationships and growing your network of stakeholders within a business.
